Àṣẹ Asana Community Yoga series kicks off on Aug. 3 at Othello Playground (map) with Adam Jabari (RYT-200) instructing. This all levels flow is FREE and open to the public from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Regular FREE classes will be held at Rainier Beach Community Center (map) at 1:00 PM. Classes, led by POC instructors. Community yoga is scheduled for every Saturday thru Nov. 16.
All bodies, all experience are welcome. Limited mats and light refreshments provided.
